No, you’ll receive an invoice by email after you placed an order. From the moment you’ve placed your order, you can find the invoice in your account.
Yes, it’s possible to change your delivery address in your account. Changing your delivery address of a Homhum purchase is only possible before the shipment of your order.
We want to deliver your order as soon as possible. That’s why you can only cancel your order up until it has been processed for shipment. If you'd like to cancel your order before shipment, please reach out to our service team email@example.com.
Once your payment has been completed, please reach out to service team firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it in your account.
