Really a pleasure to work with!\nAs for the chairs--they lift and recline very well and very silently. No complaints there. They are quite pretty. I was a little hesitant to get such a pale shade of tan, but I really like it. My husband really likes the massage feature, while I don't really care about that. The only complaint I have is that they are not really comfortable.? They are improving as we use them, but I would have liked a little more cushioning.
